Content of Song:
“Ghetto gospel” song contains very beautiful lyrics. This is about those people who were living their lives under the shade of cruelty and oppression. The song is against the cruel world of that time and against the cruel society which is showing no respect to poor people. When the song was written at that time there was no justice between the societies. Rules were only for poor people while rich people were living their life easily. There was no one for poor people to give justice to them or even listen the tale of their pain.at that time there were no respect given to black and other people except white people. There were racial riots. That era was very difficult for Jews. There were religious difference and religious violence and the whole politics were revolving around those racial issues.
In this song writer says that reply with strength to those people who are trying to separate the Christine and Jews according to their religion and their belief. He Say to them that we have different religion but we are one nation. We don’t want any quarrel between us. He says that if you are all agree with my point the join me and say loud to those people who are trying to create chaos, panic, quarrel between us that we will not fight with one another. We will not follow your wrong paths. He says that the sun of despair, the sign of oppression, cruelty will go far from us, if we will unite and say no to this racial riots, discrimination of color, religion or culture. If we will be united then we don’t need any guns to win this war against these riots and discrimination. We don’t need any bullets. Our revolution will be without the bullets and guns. We can make peace through our unity and strength. He says that I am thinking about my good days .and they are not far from us .he says that my heart, my feelings are with those people who are living their life under the pressure of those cruel people. But don’t be afraid it is not that time when there was nobody to revolt with those people. The good days are coming .time is changing now. Those people who were cruel now feeling ashamed of what they had done to us. There is no respect of truth in front of those people who were cruel. Someday they will kill more people as they killed Malcolm x and bobby Hutton. He is trying to say that what was benefit of the death of Malcolm x and bobby Hutton. Why they were being killer. What was the reason behind that murder? They had to lose their life for nothing.
Bobby Hutton was one of three children, born in Jefferson County, Arkansas, to John D. Hutton and Dolly Mae Michener-Hutton. When he was three years old, his family moved to Oakland, California, after they were visited by nightriders intimidating and threatening blacks in the area. Hutton met Black Panther Party founders Huey Newton and Bobby Seale at the North Oakland Neighborhood Anti-Poverty Center, a “government-funded agency that employed local youth to work on community service projects. In October 1966, the 16-year-old Hutton became the first member and the first treasurer of the Black Panther Party. In May 1967, Hutton was one of thirty Panthers who traveled to the California state capitol in Sacramento to demonstrate against the Milford Act, a bill that would prohibit carrying loaded firearms in public. The group walked into the state assembly armed; Hutton and four other Panthers were arrested. On the night of April 6, 1968, Bobby was killed by Oakland Police officers after Eldridge Cleaver led him and twelve other Panthers in an ambush of the Oakland Police, In February 1965, he was assassinated.
He has been called one of the greatest and most influential African Americans in history. Writer says that he is in pain and the whole world looks sad. He wants to cry but he will not cry because he don’t want to show those people that he is weak. He wants to be strong and show them his strength. He says when you will clean your tears when then you will see the real truth that there is no reason to live in fear.be strong and brave.it is not about the colour of the skin .we are all human and equal. We all human beings have equal rights and nobody is superior to other on the basis of the colour of their skin. We should have to believe it and to convince on its point that we are all equal before it is ruined. He says that do you see that women which living his life under the shade of poverty. Still she is happy with little things she got. She is not in despair of poverty. She is not sad and there is a lady she is giving birth to a baby and she is very happy after giving birth to that little baby into this cruel society. He says that I we are going into another slavery after this all situation. I don’t think that we are going to be free. I am totally sad and totally discouraged. I don’t see any freedom for us at all. I don’t know what will happen to us. They will take it back from us. Our freedom our happiness. But after all of this i will not loose hope. I will be hopeful no matter what is going to happen with us. I don’t want to be a role model for other people. I just do what I have to do. I am not that much perfect to lead those people. I will try my best and make my goals and ambitions. I will be in control and will not let myself out of the control. I will try all, I can. If I fail, I will again try and try. I will learn from the mistakes and try to correct my mistakes no matter how much it costs to me. When I learn from my mistakes then I will tell my other brothers to do the correct things. I will preach them to learn from the mistakes and try to be a better person. If I will upset you and deceive you and turn onto you then don’t forget my GOD is watching me and my deeds and he will give me punish for it.
Don’t lose hope GOD is here, he will not let you down. He says that he thinks GOD is watching him while my writings .and when I write, I go blind and I am not perfect. Even I have some mistakes and flaws in me. But GOD will take care all of it. Because, I am a human being and can do mistakes and drink beer with my friends. I am not perfect. But we have to find peace in anyway. We have to try for it. If we try we can get peace it is not that much difficult because GOD is watching us. He will not let us down, what we have to do, is find peace. White people viewed themselves the only superior nation of the world. They were thinking that there is no way for black people or other nations to live same life they were living. Even policemen were against the black people and they consider black people as a slave to them. People are always fighting over territory, political thoughts, or simply out of confidence. It is this viciousness that influence us as human; we have gotten so used to the image of people being massacred, killed and murdered before our eyes that we see these events without the slightest remorse. Our own children are growing up with the fact that the best way to resolve a problem is to simply go to war. War and savagery are making our general public disintegrated, before we know it we might even destroy the world.
Gang fights, family disputes, and schools getting assaulted by firearm men. Our children are growing up with pictures in regular life. We have become so used to viciousness and we are tolerating it. For Example, a person enters a bank, robs the assistant or cashier at gun point, and abruptly he decides to kill the cashier and takes all the money run away. It’s just a scene of a popular game played by thousands of teens across the world. We let our kids experience it first hand, we teach them to like it. Before we know it they are out on the streets fighting, causing acts of violence towards other people.
The statement that slavery was somehow the cause of the civil war is definitely a true one, and it can be said that the validity of Lincoln’s remarks on that day was definitely proven to be true. Slavery was the main and primarily most important cause of the war, and although other factors did influence the war outcome, Slavery is cause and hence Lincoln’s statement can be considered true. The chief and immediate cause of the war was slavery. Southern states, including the 11 expresses that framed the Confederacy, relied on upon subjugation to bolster their economy. This as of now gives an uplifting standpoint concerning acknowledging servitude similar to the essential driver of the American Civil war.
